What makes a good sublimation PNG?

A true sublimation PNG has three properties: transparent background, at least 300 DPI resolution, and clean edges (no halos, no white fringe). Images from ChatGPT and generic AI tools almost always fail on these — they export PNG-with-white-bg or leave colored halos after background removal.

This generator is tuned for sublimation output. Every download is already transparent, 300 DPI, and edge-cleaned.

Common sublimation PNG use cases

  • Etsy digital downloads and listing mockups
  • Printful, Printify, and Gelato POD uploads
  • Cricut and Silhouette cut files (with kiss-cut sticker option)
  • Sublimation mug, tumbler, and shirt designs
  • Waterslide decals and iron-on transfers

Create a free account to try one eligible AI image or GIF generation. Browser-based editing and conversion tools remain free, and downloads have no watermark.
What resolution do I get?▼
All PNGs export at 300 DPI minimum — the industry standard for sublimation printing. You can upscale to 600 DPI on the paid plan.
Can I sell products using these PNGs on Etsy?▼
Yes. Every download includes a commercial license — no attribution required.
How is this different from a Canva sublimation file?▼
